• The app is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure all information provided is accurate and updated.
• Do not share your login credentials; you are responsible for safeguarding your account.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Distributing harmful or illegal content.
• Attempting to compromise security features.
• Violating intellectual property rights.

3. Scope of Services

MyWise Gut provides personalized nutritional recommendations and gut health analytics. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider if you have health concerns or experience health deterioration while using the app.

3. Account and Subscription

• Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, fees, and billing terms are clearly provided within the app.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content provided through MyWise Gut (text, graphics, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely for personal use of the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

• MyWise Gut and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
• Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service within the past twelve months or $100, whichever is lower.

5. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these terms.
• You may terminate your subscription at any time as outlined in your subscription details.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration according to laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
